Saturday, 5-March-2022 - Nistelrode - I've been doing my long neglected morning stretching and calisthenics every day since I got out of the hospital on Tuesday. Today I got on my bike and rode to Nistelrode. I was a bit chilly, but still a glorious sunny day. I was good for 24 km.
